This course covers ANSI Z765 standards for measuring and calculating gross living area (GLA), proper documentation techniques, and how accurate measurements impact appraisals, listings, and legal liability.
Agents who complete the full-day course receive the HMS designation โ recognized by appraisers, lenders, and brokerages statewide.
4-hour intensive for brokerages wanting a solid foundation in measurement accuracy and ANSI compliance. Perfect for refreshers and regulatory updates.
The complete HMS certification experience. Eight hours of instruction, hands-on practice, and a final assessment. Agents who pass receive the official designation.
